▸ Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at CxO, VP, and SVP level — particularly within operations, digital, and sustainability leadership functions
▸ Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with client transformation agendas, including energy transition, asset optimization, and digital operations
▸ Navigate complex stakeholder environments across client organizations, government entities, and joint venture structures common in MEA energy markets
Revenue Growth & Commercial Management
▸ Own the account P&L — forecast, pipeline, revenue recognition, and margin management across all service lines within the account
▸ Originate and close new work through proactive opportunity identification, solution shaping, and senior-level commercial negotiation
▸ Lead pursuits end-to-end: from client opportunity qualification through to proposal, orals, and contract execution
▸ Collaborate with Accenture's industry, technology, and functional practices (Strategy & Consulting, Song, Technology, Operations) to assemble differentiated solutions
Delivery Oversight & Quality
▸ Maintain executive accountability for all active engagements within the account — ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable client outcomes
▸ Act as escalation point for delivery risk, resourcing challenges, and client satisfaction issues across the portfolio
▸ Champion responsible business practices: sustainability, ethical AI, and ESG commitments embedded into client delivery
Market & Thought Leadership
▸ Represent Accenture at industry forums, client events, and government roundtables across the MEA resources sector
▸ Contribute to Accenture's point of view on energy transition, industrial digitization, and resources sector reinvention
▸ Mentor and develop junior talent within the account and broader Resources practice
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
▸ 12–16 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in management consulting, professional services, or industry leadership within energy, utilities, chemicals, or natural resources
▸ Demonstrated track record of owning and growing large, complex client relationships at senior level — not just supporting them
▸ Prior experience operating in MEA markets strongly preferred; deep understanding of the KSA energy landscape, national oil companies, utilities reform, industry priorities is a significant advantage
▸ Proven ability to originate and close large engagements independently, including navigating government procurement, framework agreements, and joint venture client structures
Capabilities
▸ Executive presence and communication — able to command the room with clients, internally, and externally
▸ Strategic commercial acumen — you understand how to build a business case, price a deal, and structure value-sharing arrangements
▸ Cross-practice orchestration — comfortable pulling together capabilities from technology, operations, and strategy practices into a coherent client offer
▸ Sector fluency — conversant in the strategic, operational, and regulatory issues facing resources companies today: energy transition, asset digitalization, workforce transformation, and supply chain resilience
